William Shelley is responsible for the overall success of the project. He ensures success by controlling the project from conceptual pricing to construction turnover. He works hand in hand with the project team executing project buyout, submittals, RFIs, schedule, quality, change management, etc. We understand the importance of your project and we work hard towards making our team as effective as possible to streamline the process.
